Return policy

Always when you receive an order, check the products for damages. If you see the defective product on delivery of that item, do not accept the product of the courier.

Returns of merchandise in case of breakages, defects or mistakes.

Returns of merchandise in case of breakages, defects or mistakes will be accepted according to the following terms and conditions:

  • Not more than 24 hours after delivery of the goods. (See Exceptions and Restrictions).
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition.
  • Can not receive items that show a bad use by the customer
  • The articles must contain 100% of the documents, guides and accessories indicated on the packaging.

Steps to follow to Return items

Step 1: Verify that the order meets the deadline and conditions to return your item.

Step 2: Contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to info@buysvip.com indicating the order number, the name of the item to be returned and the reason for the return.

Step 3: Our department will study your request and within 48 hours you will respond by email with instructions to proceed with your return if you comply with our terms and conditions.

Step 4: If the return is with a refund, the merchandise will be refunded once the receipt of the return and defects have been confirmed. If the return is for change. You will be notified of the delivery of the new merchandise at the time of leaving the warehouse.

Return of goods in case of withdrawal

The return of merchandise in case of withdrawal, according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will be accepted according to the following terms and conditions: Not to have more than 14 days that the merchandise was delivered to the customer (see Exceptions And Restrictions).

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition.
  • Can not receive items that show a bad use by the customer
  • The articles must contain 100% of the documents, guides and accessories indicated on the packaging.
  • Refunds are subject to final approval by the manufacturer.
  • In consumer products, returns of products that have been used or unsealed will not be accepted.

Step 4: In case of return by withdrawal you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

The shipping costs in case of dismissal will not be refunded.

Step 5: If the return is with a refund, will be made the refund of the goods, once confirmed the receipt of the return and the condition of the merchandise. If the return is for change. You will be notified of the delivery of the new merchandise.

IMPORTANT!

Do not send us any product without contacting BuysVip before requesting a refund, or we will have to reject it.

We will not accept returns of products sent in envelope or by courier. Our products are very delicate and should always be sent through parcels (either Post Office or any private company).

 For any situation not foreseen in this policy will be subject to RDL 1/2007 General Law for the defense of consumers and users and Law 34/2002 Services of the information society and electronic commerce.
